Britain First Falls For Spoof Queen Twitter Account

Britain First Has Fallen For A Spoof Queen Twitter Account

The Queen isn't on Twitter and even if she was it's highly unlikely she'd tweet something like this...

Britain First however, appears to think otherwise and have praised the rather antagonistic words as if they came from the monarch herself.

God save the Queen!

What's even more disconcerting is none of its supporters seem to have picked up on it either.

Here's a selection of some of the top rated comments on the post...

Ashley Norton: "Love the queen proud to be British people say she probably doesn't care she obviously does care what do you want her to do plus if she didn't care she wouldn't do these parades."

Dan Andrews: "Good on you I'm proud to be English. I want England back. God save are queen. Your a true diamond Elizabeth x'

Liam Sawyer: "God save the queen!!"

The Twitter account in question is of course a long-running and very popular spoof account with 1.3 million followers.

There are a few clues to the account's true nature in the bio.

Here are some of its best efforts...
