Forget slicing, dicing and smashing avocado, in 2016 it's all about shaving the delightful green fruit.
Prepare your avocado by simply chopping it in half and removing the stone. Then chop the segments in half again and peel away the skin.
Next, grab a peeler and shave slices of avocado away into delightful ribbons.
You can have it on toast...
On jacket potatoes...
Or on toasted bagels...
In fact, you can have it with pretty much anything.
