Photographer Mikael Buck paid a visit to The Shard but never expected to see such an incredible sight.
On a cloudy day over London, the sunshine broke through the clouds and lit up the iconic St Paul's Cathedral for a split second and Mr Buck managed to snap this incredible image on his phone.

The clouds parted for just two seconds as the sun beams down on St Paul's Cathedral.
Buck tweeted, "Lady luck was with me on my first visit to The Shard, this lasted two seconds and just got my phone out in time!"
