Things look like they’re going well for Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Liam Payne, after the pair were spotted holding hands on a date in London.
The 32-year-old ‘X Factor’ judge and One Direction star, 22, were all smiles as they left the posh Salmontini restaurant in Belgravia on Wednesday night.
They were even wearing matching all-black outfits, with Cheryl accessorising her jumpsuit with a huge ‘Love’ necklace.
Subtle.
And if that isn't romantic enough for you, Cheryl also brought her mum Joan along for her first proper date with Liam, presumably to get her seal of approval.
Who said romance was dead, eh?
The pair first sparked rumours of a romance at the start of March after posting a series of Instagram pics together.
And earlier this week Liam posted a gushing post on Instagram, paying tribute to Cheryl on International Women’s Day.
"Happy #internationalwomensday to my favourite woman in the world. Hope I make you as happy as u make me X," he wrote.
But despite the loved-up displays on social media, an exasperated Cheryl, who split from her husband Jean Bernard at the end of last year, pleaded with her Twitter followers to “collect the facts before forming an opinion”, amid the speculation about whether she and the 1D singer were an item.

One person who’s not buying into The Cheryl and Liam Show is the boybander’s ex-girlfriend, who has labelled his latest relationship ‘weird’.
Sophia Smith, who split from Liam last November, seemingly confirmed that the two stars are dating, revealing that she’d known about their relationship for a while.
“It’s SO weird,” Sophia told Now magazine.
“I knew about them a little bit ago, but who thought it would actually come out? I didn’t.”
