Kate Oates has revealed she wants more eye candy on the Street and admitted the 'Poldark' star would be her number one choice.
"There is a lot of talent out there and some of it is very handsome,” she told The Sun. “Someone like Aidan would be brilliant."
Kate also revealed that she wants to focus on improving the soap’s storylines after it came under fire from viewers for many of its latest plots.
Kate told The Mirror: "Everyone says will I shake it up? For me it's about telling the best stories and using the characters the best I can."
And that could mean bringing back some familiar faces from Corrie’s past - but she’s remaining tight-lipped on who.
Speaking to the Daily Star, she explained: “I’ve been tossing around a few ideas in my head about who will be back.
