Ever since they arrived in ‘EastEnders’ back in 1990, the Mitchell family have been at the centre of many dramatic storylines.

Steve McFadden’s character, Phil, has had his fair share of arguments, bust-ups and affairs, and the same can be said for Ross Kemp’s Grant.

Then, of course, there’s also Peggy Mitchell. Barbara Windsor’s iconic character has steered her clan through many troubled waters, taking care of not just her sons, but daughter Sam Mitchell and many (many) extended family members.
