This Absurd $3 Million Lamborghini Is More Alien Spaceship Than Car

Just look at it!

This is the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, it is (we're told) a car.

Judging by the ingredients that go into making this $3 million extravagance though you'd more likely think it was some form of experimental spaceship.

The Sesto Elemento you see is almost entirely made of Carbon, whether that's in the alien-like carbon-fibre dashboard or the matte black carbon fibre body work.

Put simply, this car is a rocket engine bolted onto a luxury italian shoe which is then dipped in some of the world's most advanced materials.

The results are, well, equal parts stunning and terrifying. You see this car weighs just 999 kilograms.

That's about the same weight as a particularly large polar bear. For a bear that's impressive, for a car that's insane.

Attached to this featherlight frame is Lamborgini's V10 engine with all-wheel drive.

The subsequent result of which is acceleration of 0-60mph in just 2.5 seconds.

While that's impressive, what will, and should scare you is that this car has a power-to-weight ratio of 1.75kg. That's just a number, but let's just put it this way, that's like sticking a small booster rocket to the back of your skateboard.

Unsurprisingly there aren't many of these around, and until now, seeing inside one has been notoriously difficult.

Thankfully this owner had no problems showing off just how a) utterly bat-like this car is and b) how utterly ludicrous it sounds.
