'I'm A Celebrity' 2016: Jessica Wright To Swap 'TOWIE' For The Jungle?

Rumours are rife about who'll be headed Down Under for the new series of 'I'm A Celeb'.

Another cast member from ‘The Only Way Is Essex’ has been linked with a spot on the new series of ‘I’m A Celebrity’.

Jessica Wright has been tipped to appear on the line-up for the upcoming series of the reality show, after admitting she’d like to put in an appearance to show off the “real her”.

She told the Daily Star that her five-year stint in ‘TOWIE’ was “great but edited down”, adding: I love reality TV, I feel ‘Big Brother’ or ‘I'm A Celeb’ would really give me the opportunity to show off the real Jess.”

Speaking about how she’d fare in the jungle when confronted with grisly Bushtucker Trials, she continued: “I would be terrified of bugs in the jungle but I'd never let my team down.

Jess could probably rely on advice from her younger brother, Mark Wright, who appeared on ‘I’m A Celebrity’ in 2011, shortly after bowing out of ‘TOWIE’.

Other Essex stars to have headed Down Under for the show in recent years include Joey Essex, Gemma Collins - for the two days she lasted in the jungle, at least - and last year’s finalist, Ferne McCann.

Meanwhile, famous faces rumoured for this year’s series so far include Coleen Rooney and former Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding.
