Glastonbury 2016 is officially underway, with Friday (24 June) marking the first day of music at the legendary festival.
Muse may have been the biggest name on the bill with their headline Pyramid Stage set, but there was plenty going on besides.
Across the many other stages at the Worthy Farm site in the Somerset village of Pilton, the likes of Jess Glynne, Foals, Disclosure, Bastille and Damon Albarn also entertained the crowds.
Meanwhile, Rita Ora, Nick Grimshaw, Daisy Lowe, Nicholas Hoult and Douglas Booth were also spotted soaking up the atmosphere at the festival.
And in true British style, the rain refused to dampen the spirits of the thousands of revellers, even if it has turned the site into a mud bath.
