Manchester Weather Forecast Predicts No Rain For Three Days, People Lose It

Manchester has a lot going for it - football, the Northern Quarter and possibly one of the most beautiful libraries in the country.

What the city doesn't have however, is great weather.

In any given month the city can expect at least 20 rainy days leading to a reputation as one of the soggier parts of the UK.

When Rihanna played there recently she even sent out pizza to rain-soaked fans as they queued.

So you can understand the joy brought to the city's residents by this news...

Understandably, people are preparing appropriately.

But scepticism remains...
