Ciara tied the knot with Russell Wilson on Wednesday 6 July wearing one of the most stunning wedding dresses we’ve ever laid eyes on.
The singer’s Roberto Cavalli Couture gown was designed by creative director Peter Dundas, who described the finished look on Instagram as “fairytale princess bride”.
White silk tulle fabric was hand-embroidered with a floral motif for the body, the bell sleeves were adorned with delicate glass beading and Chantilly lace applique.
Ciara and Wilson said ‘I do’ at Peckferton Castle in Liverpool (yes, the Liverpool in England), and both shared the above snap on Instagram with the matching caption “We are The Wilsons!”.
The Hollywood Reporter revealed Wilson wore a made-to-measure Giorgio Armani suit, and Ciara’s son, Future Wilburn Jr., made sure he looked dapper too in a custom Armani Junior tuxedo.
Designer Michael Costello was enlisted to create individual dresses for the singer’s eight bridesmaids - including Kelly Rowland and LaLa Anthony - made from black silk and finished with a black lace choker.
