Niall Horan has publicly hit out at a fan who took a photo of him sleeping on a flight.
The One Direction singer was left raging when he learned that one over-enthusiastic fan had snapped him while he snoozed on a plane, and shared the photo on social media.
They wrote: “To sum up the perfect European adventure, I sat directly next to Niall from One Direction for 9 hours on my flight home from London last night.
“He was sick and asked for no selfies, but here is a pic I snapped when he was sleeping lol he was so friendly.”
Understandably, Niall was furious to discover the photo had been circulated on the internet, taking to Twitter to blast the Directioner responsible.
He wrote: “This shit is unreal... if you can’t sleep on a plane without people taking photos of you, what can you do?”
This isn’t the first time that Niall has hit out at 1D fans for denying him his privacy, detailing earlier this year that a group of Directioners were bombarding him with abusive messages to his private phone number.
He said at the time: “For the last two weeks I’ve been receiving messages off a group of fans, they have drowned my phone in messages, keeping me awake at night… But the worst part is, They have been nothing but abusive . Saying things you wouldn’t even believe about me and my family.”
Niall has also publicly pleaded with fans waiting outside the boyband’s hotel to be quiet while the boyband were on tour in the past, writing on Twitter: “Guys! May I ask you to keep the noise down please! All of our crew are tired! and we have a big day tomorrow! Don’t want to sound angry!”
