From SS17 collection previews and catwalk shows with the hottest designers, to the best places to people watch (yes, there’s wifi), we’ve rounded up the top things to do in the capital over LFW.

Burberry At Thomas’s

This season, the Burberry show will take place at a new venue,Makers House, which will be open to the public for an exciting programme of events.

Thomas’s cafe sits within the show venue, offering a set menu using the finest seasonal produce from small farmers and artisan suppliers around the UK.

Finishing Touches At W London
W London
W London - Leicester Square, is transforming into a style hub, where their team of 'Finishing Touches' therapists will be on hand to offer a range of quick beauty and fashion fixes. There's hair styling, express manicures and a lash bar on offer, alongside sustainable fashion talks and fitness classes.

London Fashion Weekend

This season Preen, Sibling and Edeline Lee will present their SS17 collections. Alongside shopping opportunities from over 150 brands there will also be a talk series featuring model Daisy Lowe, shoe designer Sophia Webster and Agent Provocatuer creative director Sarah Shotton.

Drawing On Style At Gray M.C.A

As part of the Fashion Week festivities, Gray M.C.A. have curated an exhibition of stunning vintage fashion illustrations.

Some drawings have never been seen before, while others have appeared in the pages of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and L’Officiel.

From 15 to 20 September at Gallery 8 in St James’s.
Dior At St Martins Lane
Dior
Just a stone's throw away from the runways of Brewer Street Car Park, St Martins Lane hotel is offering a backstage makeup masterclass with Dior makeup artist Jamie Coombes.

Coombes, who has worked with famous faces Sharon Stone and Isabella Rosselini, will be sharing his latest makeup tips straight from LFW and recreating three signature looks.

From 6.30pm to 8.30pm on 19 September. Tickets are £30 from www.picatic.com/dioratstmartinslane and include a champagne cocktail on arrival and canapes throughout the evening.
Felicities x Mastered At The Hoxton Hotel

Fashion talent company Mastered are teaming with Felicities PR to host a drop-in networking event.

See a showcase of some of the top designers represented by Felicities and chat to the Mastered team about their accelerator programmes to help kick-start your career in fashion.

Fossil At Damson & Co
Fancy a spot of people watching? Watch, jewellery and leather brand Fossil will be taking over Brewer Street coffee shop Damson & Co. Located right opposite the LFW venue, you'll be able to experience the buzzy atmosphere - and Fossil's SS17 collection - from a comfy hideaway.
