‘Strictly Come Dancing’: Karen Hardy To Join Len Goodman And Craig Revel Horwood On Live Tour Judging Panel

Now this we can get behind.

We’re still waiting to find out who will be replacing Len Goodman on the ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ judging panel when he leaves the show after this year’s series, but we might just have got the biggest hint yet.

It’s been announced that former ‘Strictly’ professional dancer Karen Hardy will be joining Len and fellow judge Craig Revel Horwood on this ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ live tour, and we’re really hoping this will pave the way for her to replace Len on the TV show.

Speaking about her latest role, Karen said: “I couldn’t be more excited to be joining Len and Craig in the judging hot seat.

“Having seen the fantastic line-up for this year’s TV series, I know that audiences around the country are going to be in for a real treat. I can’t wait to get started!”

Craig, who will direct the tour for the seventh year, added: “I am very pleased to be back on tour with legendary Len and also welcoming Karen to the tour’s judging panel.

“This 10th year is going to be bigger and better than ever before. We’ll be pulling out all the stops to make sure that this anniversary tour is the best yet.”

The live tour, which kicks off in Birmingham on 20 January next year, will feature many of the celebrities and professional dancers from the 14th series of ‘Strictly’, which kicks off on BBC One on Friday (23 September).

The judges will provide their invaluable wisdom, advice and scores at each performance, but votes from the arena audiences, who can text vote via their mobile phones, will also count.

While we’ll be keeping everything crossed that Karen will be given a full time judging role on the TV version of ‘Strictly’, Craig recently stated that he thinks a complete unknown should get the job.
