Kate Beckinsale and Len Wiseman are divorcing, just under a year after separating.
According to multiple US news outlets, director Len has filed the papers, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
Neither of the stars are looking to receive spousal support, and it appears they signed a prenuptial agreement before the marriage, TMZ has reported.
The couple, who have no children together, got hitched in May 2004, a year after meeting on the set of ‘Underworld’.
After a seemingly happy 11 years together, their split was reported last November and Kate was spotted without her wedding ring on a number of occasions.
While neither party has spoken publicly about the split, Kate was forced to deny claims that she was enjoying a new romance with David Walliams back in July.
The pair were pictured enjoying dinner together, prompting speculation they were dating, but Kate soon humorously dispelled the rumours on Twitter, writing that she would get an aubergine emoji tattooed on her head “If I ever see him [David] naked”.
“Until that appears, everyone can relax and know we are friends, as we have been for the last 2000 years,” she added.
