You can now get into the festive spirit while on the loo, with Tesco’s mulled wine scented toilet roll.

The “luxury soft toilet tissue paper”, which has a “mulled spice fragrance core”, is available to purchase from the supermarket for £2 and even comes with a delightful festive print.

Sadly, people are a bit confused (and some are even angry) about why we would ever need such a niche item in our lives.

Most questioned its existence...

Others were just quite perturbed by the idea...

But out favourite comment has to be from the user who compared the product to wiping your backside “with last night’s hangover”.

For that reason Tesco, we’re out.
