Having been in the industry for five years now, you’d think Little Mix would realise how microphones work, but evidently not.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock was caught out making an explicit sex confession during a recent interview, when she forgot she was mic’d up.
The band were doing a live stream with Refinery29 as part of their current promo tour of the US, when they were asked if there was anything they would never try again.
Leigh-Anne immediately said: “Oh, I know exactly what I’d say but it’s definitely too explicit.”
Perrie Edwards also proclaimed she’d thought of something as well, while Jade Thirlwall added she knew “exactly what [Leigh-Anne] was thinking”.
One person who didn’t know what she was on about though was Jesy Nelson, with Leigh-Anne leaning in to share the secret with her.
Unaware her microphone could still pick up what she was saying, she whispered, “Anal”.
“Oh, really?” Jesy replied.
“Never again,” Leigh Anne added.
“Well, if he’s cute, yes,” Jesy was then heard saying.
However, Perrie quickly realised their conversation would have still been picked up, warning them: “Babe, you know there’s a microphone right above your head?”
Unfortunately for them though, it was too late. 😑🙊
