For those of you that haven't been keeping up to date with Aggie's blogs on the Huffington Post, the UK's favourite domestic fairy godmother currently finds herself in Kenya, undertaking a massive 400km cycle ride, all in the name of Women v Cancer.

All proceeds from this epic challenge, which is expected to be completed within just seven days, are to be split between three charities that are very important to Aggie.

Breast Cancer Care, Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action all provide invaluable support to the many thousands of women across the UK who are dealing with these all too common illnesses.

Aggie and the rest of the women taking part are aiming to raise as much money as possible for these organisations and all donations, no matter how small, go towards making a huge difference. If you'd like to support Aggie and Women v Cancer team, you can do so by clicking here.

Day 5: Wednesday 2 November

Kabarnet - Eldoret

85km cycling

Day four on the bike, and I've been warned that today is one of the toughest rides of the trip. It's a stellar 85km, but it's the hills that'll be the challenge today. We kick off with a treacherous downhill, which I've been told gets incredibly steep in parts, before we get to the big climb of the day. At this point of the day, we're given the 'choice' of which route we'd like to take... We have bronze, silver, or gold routes to choose from, which basically entail a gruelling climb of 6, 15 or 23km. Some choice! Thankfully, once we've reached the summit, we are left with a mostly flat ride for the rest of the day. Phew!

Day 6: Thursday 3 November

Eldoret - Kakamega

92km cycling

Our fifth day on the bike is our penultimate day of the riding, and it's a real monster of a stint. 92km in total (including 31 on dirt - weather permitting), winding through hilly tarmac roads before moving on to a winding dirt track once we hit Kapsabet, where we stop for lunch. After lunch it's onwards to the rainforests of Kakamega, where we'll be spending the night.

Day 7: Friday 4 November

Kakamega - Kisumu

53km cycling

Today is our last day on the bike, and I'm delighted it's mostly downhill! It'll be nice to be able to spend our last day on a slightly more leisurely ride, being able to really take in all the wonderful scenery. As we descend through the hills, I'm told we should be looking out for glimpses of Lake Victoria, our final destination. As we get nearer to Kisumu (Kenya's third largest town), we've been warned about large pockets of traffic, so I'm expecting all my hours on a bike in London to pay off.
