Ann began her career in Marks & Spencer’s graduate HR programme after completing a BA (Hons) degree in English from the University of London. She has remained in HR and worked across a variety of businesses and industries. Ann joined O2 in March 2004. Prior to becoming HRD, Ann was responsible for Human Resources across four UK Call Centre sites and 300 stores, totalling approximately 8,500 people. During this time she launched a number of successful initiatives such as the Customer Service Academy, a “one stop shop” for all learning and development across the whole of O2 Customer Service. http://www.o2careers.co.uk/
