I think I had my glamourous sweats on when they called. I know I'd been in the pool that day. My memory becomes a little foggy when I'm given an assortment of epic news and the part of my brain which controls remaining calm, nonchalant and unemotional - usually completely...

The Windows 8 OS Smartphone UK Launch

While news can move fast within the London fashion scene, it appears it moves even faster between the touch screens of the techies (maybe even faster than Azzedine Alaïa arrives on the set of Gossip Girl).

A lot can change in the space of a year, and for me,...

So the fashion world ooed and ahhed over that architectural modernism of wind turbines (or whatever he's calling it) - the new Chanel bag.

The enormous handbag was unveiled at the SS2013 Paris catwalk show; carried along by a six feet tall leggy...

What's an Icon Anyway? My Candid Interview With Model Cheyenne Tozzi

(2) Comments | Posted 2 July 2012 | (17:35)

You have to admire a girl who looks at a question about style icons and answers in what I can only visualise to be (the interview was cross country) with a carefree smile and a nonchalant thought process that goes something along the lines of 'icons'? Huh?

What is an...

A Unique Streak With Designer Sophia Grace

I don't think I'm alone on this one but I have to admit that I often don't immediately 'get' the correlating parallels of those I'm meeting until far too late. I work (and rock) around the clock but feel that no matter how fast I go, who I meet and...

(0) Comments | Posted 22 May 2012 | (20:06)

With the Olympics fast approaching, it's an all too easy analogy to make. The athletes at the top have a way of making something incredibly difficult, look effortless. So too, does Nicola Woods.

Russian superstar and swimming Tsar Aleksandr Popov would line up amongst the best in the world...

The Editor for the Editeur - Cutting a Dash in Chester

I stepped onto the platform in my metallic red Marc Jacobs shoes (Wizard of Oz/Dorothy style), with the white bow (jewel encrusted) and looked around.

The hat is back on top.

Well, it's difficult to imagine it any place else other than the top but needless to say, it's happily back on its perch, having been placed up there once again by the ongoing juggernaut of trending fashion seasons, (Kate Middleton) and the elite stylists...

Mission Hydrate: Do You Drink Enough Water?

(0) Comments | Posted 24 April 2012 | (01:06)

This is ridiculous. "Mission hydrate" starts right now.

Last Sunday, Somewhere between the morning of balcony hanging (coffee in hand) watching the marathoners run by and the lazy afternoon rounds of Pinot Noir, French Martinis and salty Margheritas, I asked my hungover friends;

Life. Be in it.

If you were an Australian growing up in the 70s, 80s or even 90s (me) then you'll remember Norm.

In fact, you couldn't have escaped Norm if you wanted to.

Norm was a morbidly obese adult male who sat around watching countless hours...
