Alex is passionate about helping people be their best at work. A strategic and futuristic development professional, Alex and her team at Bailey & French enhance positivity for successful performance at individual, team and organizational levels. She has successfully improved business performance for individuals, teams, and both small and large organisations, including many blue chip internationals.
Alex designs innovative HR solutions, using a focus on Positive Psychology, to create a powerful impact on organizational effectiveness through people. She empowers and liberates leaders to create successful organisations that positively motivate performance.
Alex has over 15 years’ consulting experience. Her last corporate role was Group Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Aviva Plc. Alex has a BSc in Psychology, and a MSc in Occupational Psychology.
Alex also lectures at Brighton and Edinburgh University Business Schools on pioneering strengths across the employee life cycle, for MBA, Human Resource Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, Institute of Leadership and Management, and Organisational Design MSc courses.
