Alex Nunns (@alexnunns) is a writer and activist from London. He campaigns against the privatisation of the NHS and is the co-editor of the book Tweets from Tahrir

Alex Nunns, a writer, activist and musician from London. He co-edited Tweets from Tahrir: Egypt’s revolution as it unfolded, in the words of the people who made it, the first book to use tweets to tell the story of a historical event (later made in to a documentary film by Al Jazeera). He has edited other books like Norman Finkelstein’s Knowing Too Much. He is the political correspondent for Red Pepper magazine, and he campaigns against the privatisation of the National Health Service in England. Coming from a state school, he somehow got in to Cambridge University to do history and got a first class degree with distinction.
