I am currently a PhD student at the University of Bath. My research looks at the role and experiences of young Sierra Leonean volunteers during the Ebola outbreak. At a broader level I am interested in youth participation in Sub-Saharan Africa, volunteering in development and humanitarian response and the anthropology of development. I also work as a graduate teaching assistant.
