Ana Onatah

Writer and guide, helping people find their happiness

Ana lived a conventional life, with a conventional career that led to running her own business. She was a supremely qualified workaholic who dedicated herself to over responsibility, with a perpetual focus on what was undone rather than what was achieved. There were family and friends and good times that fitted in round the work, but overall not a whole lot of fun.
At sixty she found the courage to break out, left the whole lot behind, and begin a radically different life. She lived first in Italy and is now in France with a family of cats and a dog she met along the way, which suits her just fine.
For the last nine years she has read, studied with gifted teachers, scoured the internet, taken courses and been to workshops on the pursuit of happiness. And as her own barriers have broken down, so happiness has entered in. And the bit she likes the best is that now she shares that with others, helping them to find their happiness. Best job she’s ever had.
Her other passions are being close to nature and feeling that connection with all living things, and writing about whatever moves her to tell a story.
