Minister for Prisons, Probation and Rehabilitation, Conservative MP for South West Bedfordshire

Andrew is the Minister for Prisons, Probation and Rehabilitation. He has been the Conservative MP for South West Bedfordshire since 2001.

He studied Industry and Trade at the London School of Economics, and served as an Officer in the Territorial Army for 12 years.

Andrew was a member of the Work and Pensions Select Committee and became a Government Whip in 2004. In 2006 he was appointed as Shadow Work and Pensions Minister. In 2010 he was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions.

Andrew lives in his constituency with his wife and three daughters.
