Astrid is responsible for all of Talking Talent’s technology offerings and projects, delivering blended learning solutions that support our leading-edge coaching interventions. This includes managing the integration of the Talking Talent online solution and development of e-learning programmes for clients such as Barclays Wealth and Lloyds Banking Group.

Astrid’s passion for organizational development makes her one of Talking Talent’s key Consultants when it comes to supporting our clients at an organizational level. Whether working on national or international consultancy programmes, she brings together a questioning eye and an intimate knowledge of gender and business in order to find creative solutions. Consultancy programmes have covered clients such as Telefonica, Barclaycard, Bacardi and Unilever.

Innovation and thought leadership are high on the agenda for Talking Talent, and Astrid is also closely involved in the development of new content and programmes, as well as the continual evolution of existing solutions.

Astrid joined Talking Talent in 2009 and has her MA in Coaching & Mentoring, with a focus on gender, non-linear careers and organizational development.

Prior to joining the Talking Talent team, Astrid graduated with First Class Honours in French Studies from the University of London Institute in Paris, and also worked briefly in Events & Marketing agencies, working on key accounts including BP and Diageo.

Astrid prides herself on taking a balanced, creative view to any project and enjoys making life - and business - simpler and more meaningful.

She speaks French and Spanish proficiently.
