Beth Rigby is senior political correspondent for Sky News. She joined the broadcaster in 2016 after spending 18 years working in print media for the Financial Times and most recently as Media Editor of The Times.
An award-winning journalist, Beth began her career at the Financial Times where she covered various beats including financial services, hedge funds, retail and consumer industries before becoming the newspaper’s Deputy Political Editor in 2012.
Beth was also chair of the Parliamentary lobby before moving into broadcast journalism.
She studied Social Political Science at Cambridge and also has an MA in Latin America Studies from the University of London.
