I graduated from Westminster university with a BSc Hons in Integrated Health and I trained directly with the father of NLP Dr Bandler himself and with Britain's best hypnotist Paul McKenna.

I help people with a range of issues from PTSD, depression, overcoming stillbirth trauma, smoking cessation, anxiety, confidence, public speaking, stress, weight loss and sleep issues.
