Casey Stoney England and Arsenal Ladies defender with over 100 international caps. Captained Team GB in 2012 Olympic Games. Soon-to-be mother of twins.

Casey Stoney has been an integral part of women’s football for over a decade. The 32-year-old England defender has over 100 international caps, and also had the honour of captaining Team GB in the London 2012 Olympics. She currently plays for Arsenal Ladies, after starting out her career at Chelsea Ladies at the age of 12. She has also played for Charlton Athletic and Lincoln Ladies.

She led Charlton to the club’s most successful era, winning three trophies in two years, including two FA Premier League Cup wins in 2004 and 2006, sandwiched by an FA Cup win in 2005.

In 2012, Casey was named the Football Association’s International Player of the Year.

She is expecting twins with her partner and former teammate Megan Harris.
