Chelsie Collins trained as a chef at Leiths School of Food and Wine before going on to win an internship and then become the BBC Good Food cookery writer. Chelsie loves creating indulgent recipes like her triple cheese and bacon dauphinoise, but also really simple meals that can be whipped up in little time but pack a punch when it comes to flavour. Her motto is: "If in doubt, deep-fry it."She is now co-founder of Blondies Kitchen alongside Kristelle Levy, where they are most famous for their milk & cookie pop up bars and signature drippy style cakes.
