Diana Stepner

Diana Stepner is Head of Future Technologies at Pearson. She and her team explore future trends, building prototypes using new digital devices, tools, and frameworks.

Diana is a Silicon Valley native with extensive product experience running global digital teams. At Pearson, Diana helps all the business units accelerate digital innovation. She ensures best practices are shared, drives global projects, and builds relationships with developer communities, including incubators and start-ups.

Diana worked in Emerging Media at Razorfish and in the User Experience team at Salesforce.com. In addition, she was responsible for European operations of Monster Worldwide and for product at Cheapflights. She has a MIMS from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Boston University.

Known for being organized, an innovative strategist, strong public speaker, inspirational team leader, and business minded technophile. Often found running while listening to podcasts such as Buzz Out Loud, TWiT, and Entrepreneurial Thought Leaders.
