Dr Andrew Foxall is Director of the Russia Studies Centre at The Henry Jackson Society. He is the author of a forthcoming book, Ethnic Relations in Post-Soviet Russia: Russians and Non-Russians in the North Caucasus (Routledge; London and New York) and numerous academic articles.



Andrew is a frequent contributor to publications including TIME, The National Interest, The Atlantic, The Moscow Times, International Business Times and World Affairs, and has been interviewed by media outlets including the BBC, CNBC, France 24, Sky News and Voice of America.



Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Plymouth, an MSc from the University of Birmingham, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.
