Edward Howell is an Economic and Social Research Council scholar in International Relations at the University of Oxford, where he is a postgraduate M.Phil. candidate in International Relations. Edward specializes in East Asian politics and international relations, particularly the Korean Peninsula, and North Korean politics.
Edward has previously worked with North and South Koreans in the UK, examining adaptations strategies of belonging and citizenship, and is currently researching the regime survival of North Korea.
