Emily Stacey

PhD student and freelance parliamentary reporter

Having recently graduated in History from Oxford Brookes University, I have a great interest in politics and aspire to work as a full-time political correspondent in the future.

Aside from politics, my initial interest in journalism began when I become fascinated with the game of golf. Playing during my youth, I became intrigued by the psychological aspect of the sport, especially taking influences from the work of Dr Bob Rotella. Rotella's theory inspired me to write my own articles and I continue to follow the game closely, writing about the developments in the PGA and European Tours.
