Emma writes about her journey working in 25 different careers through short term work experience, shadowing and just giving things a go. She aims to advocate for more diverse careers education for young people, support and inspire other career changers, and promote career fulfillment for all. Overall, she hopes to support and inspire others to have the confidence to make a career change where they are unhappy, or simply don't want to settle for the status quo - whether that is students, recent graduates, or anyone plodding their way through their 20s and 30s.
