Eva Sakellaridi

Education specialist. Researcher. Co-founder of Ethaca

Eva Sakellaridi is an education consultant and an edupreneur. She is co-founder of ‘‘Ethaca’’; an education consultancy firm for educational organisations and individual parents. In September 2015, ‘‘Ethaca’’ launched the very first character education-inspired baby and kids brand. The philosophy of the brand is to redesign everyday items to function as educational tools. At ethaca.com, customers can shop a variety of products relating to a specific skill (empathy, diversity awareness, etc); they can read research-based articles and they can also seek advice from our education consultants free of charge.

Eva is also a researcher, currently undertaking a PhD at UCL, Institute of Education, looking into the school business management of academy chains in England. Prior to becoming an education consultant, Eva worked in a range of state and private primary and secondary educational organisations, universities and charities in a variety of capacities, including classroom teacher, student mentor, deputy school manager.

Eva is a lifelong learner and passionate about pretty much everything that has to do with children’s holistic development, education and welfare.
