Gary Rodger

Gary Rodger, formerly an operations analyst for Xerox, is now a freelance writer and podcaster. He studied politics at the University of Glasgow and still resides in the city. His new Kindle title 'Swing' tells the story of British general election night coverage on radio and television since 1922, with details of technological innovations, amusing incidents and historical context; the book contains information on every broadcast from the BBC, ITN and Sky News. Along with a talented team of contributors, Gary also moderates a weekly podcast on British situation comedy, 'The Sitcom Club', with topics alternating between specific programmes and general aspects of the genre.
