Gemma Gordon-Johnson, Head of Service at First4Adoption has worked within the Social Care field for 7 years, predominantly in a Local Authority setting as a Complaints Manager specialising in Children’s, Young People & Family Services and Adults & Health Services. She also has experience of working at a social care regulator as an Investigations Manager and also works as an independent Complaints Investigator reviewing social care complaints at their independent stage.
