Extended bio: Helen is a journalism hopeful currently studying on the MA
course at Goldsmiths. She often finds herself torn between her love of
art, photography, fashion and pop culture and her desire to be a 'serious
journalist'.

Her first degree was English literature and language at Birmingham
University, although she spent far more time slaving over a hot iMac as
News Editor of the student paper than she ever did in the library.

She has interned at various local, regional and national titles, as well
as business-to-business publications. Although she makes a truly excellent cup of tea, Helen is now beginning the search for gainful employment as a writer.
