Imogen Aujla PhD is a Senior Lecturer in Dance and Course Leader of the MSc Dance Science at the University of Bedfordshire. She originally trained as a dancer before specialising in dance science and later dance psychology. Her research interests cover both the optimisation of performance among elite dancers, and the impact of recreational dance on the health and well-being of non-dancers. She has a particular interest in the psychological factors that drive participation in dance.
