On Friday 12 of April Femen's topless Jihad reached Tunisian president Moncef Marzouki with the question: "Where is Amina?" The president was keeping silent, hiding himself behind dozen of security guards. Some time after I got a telephone call: "Inna, I am here. It's me, Amina!".

Our Tunisian Femen member has run away from her family home.

During our Skype talk, she revealed horrific details of being abducted and tortured by her family.

Amina described how she was kidnaped, how she was forced to meet imams and to read the Koran.

Amina has taken shelter in a safe place but her family are searching for her with the help of police.

After I told her she must leave Tunisia she said: "I will leave Tunisia only after topless protest!"

Being born in post USSR country (Ukraine) I know exactly that it's a common trait of dictatorial countries to promote the official position of the government pretending that it's backed by the people.

I don't deny the fact that there Muslim women who will say they are free and the hijab is their choice and right.

So, sisters, (I prefer to talk to women anyway, even knowing that behind them are bearded men with knives). You say to us that you are against Femen, but we are here for you and for all of us, as women are the modern slaves and it's never a question of colour of skin.

You say you live the way you want. Being fifth wife in harem the maximum you can be is the favorite wife... Right?

You say we talk about you because we are irritated only by bearded men who pray five times per day. We have enough bearded bastards in our part of the world, the beard of Russian patriarch Kirill (A Russian Orthodox bishop who is the big supporter of Putin) would win a competition of 'holy beards' and some people even say that he is so connected to God he is praying 30 times per day.

Sisters, we don't care how many times your men are praying, but we care a lot what do they do in between. We care a lot about violence and aggression, we care a lot when your fathers, brothers and husbands are raping and killing, when they call to stone your sisters, we care a lot when they burn embassies etc, and all that for Allah!

In our actions the people we are attacking are the ones who are constantly oppressing women, covering them, disrespecting them, raping them, beating them whether they are religious or not. But if they do it in name of religion then we can do nothing but tell them their religion is worth nothing.

We would never talk about Allah or Jesus and other fantasies if those fantasies did not affect human rights. You claim that we bring you our idea from our part of the world and you don't need it. The idea of freedom doesn't have anything to do with nationality or colour of skin. There are no set of human rights for Europeans and other for Arabs or Americans, its universal. And we are going to keep fighting for all of us, for our right for freedom. We are going to fight with you, with Arab women, like Aliaa Elmahdy (Egyptian internet activist), like Amina and I hope like you.

And you can put as many scarves as you want if you are free tomorrow to take it off and to put it back the next day but don't deny millions of your sisters who have fear behind their scarves, don't deny that there are million of your sisters who have been raped and killed because they are not following the wish of Allah! We are here to scream about that.

You say we are Islamophobes, just recently we heard from anti-gay Catholics that we are Christianophobes. Yes, I'm scared of all your religions because all of them are bleeding. I'm an atheist and I cannot say that you are atheistophobe as there is nothing that you can be scared of. You personally have rights to believe in whatever you want, the same as me but until the moment there are no stones, bullets and blood of your religion we are going to fight it.

Often, before going to sleep I dream about a world with religions that are only in your houses or churches and don't appear in other places. And do you know what I see? I see the world without Serbs, Croats and Muslims being massacred, without 9/11, without witch-hunts, without 7/7, a world without suicide bombers and without the Taliban, without Israeli/Palestinian wars, without persecution of Jews as 'Christ-killers', without Nothern Ireland troubles, without Crusades, a world where are no public beheadings of blasphemers and no flogging of female skin for the crime of showing an inch of it.

We have appealed to the world for support and the world has answered! The fate of the Femen Tunisia activist Amina Tyler has shaken up and united thousands of women across the globe. Amina's act of civil disobedience has brought down upon her the lethal hatred of inhuman beasts, for whom killing a woman is more natural than recognising her right to do as she pleases with her own body.  

For them, we now see, the love of freedom is the most dangerous kind of psychiatric illness, one demanding radical forced treatment in the spirit of fascist punitive medicine. The 'Arab Spring', for the women of  North Africa, has turned out to be a frigid sharia winter that has deprived them of what few political rights and liberties they enjoyed.

Stoning and flogging, kidnapping and rape, forced psychiatric treatment and other sorts of physical and psychological torture are what the new Sharia Caliphate has in store for women.

The union of religion and state gives rise to inquisitions, and inquisitions ignite the purgatorial bonfires of religio-political terror, bonfires burning with the bodies of women as fuel - such is the message the bloody history of medieval theocracies cries out to us.  

Any educated, free-thinking woman is, for [the inquisitors], a witch deserving of condemnation and murder.  

Muslim men shroud their women in black sacks of submissiveness and fear, and dread as they do the devil the moment women break free to light, peace, and freedom.  

Religious dictatorship begins by enslaving women but a woman's act of self-liberation is the first step toward destroying the sharia regime.  Topless protests are the battle flags of women's resistance, a symbol of a woman's acquisition of rights over her own body!

We are at war... A war between two eras. A war between a mentality that belongs to Middle Ages and a 21st Century mentality. A war between civilization and backwardness, between freedom and oppression, war between democracy and dictatorship.

We are at war between those who treat a woman like a dog and those who scream "we are women, we are human beings". A war between those who live with the supernatural and those who live with their mind.

I don't believe in the supernatural. And my beliefs grow stronger when I see blood spilled by those who believe in it.

Radical Tunisian Islamists represented by Imam Adel Almi called for death penalty by stoning for young Tunisian girl, who took a naked picture of herself and posted it on Facebook to support the FEMEN movement. On 26 February a Tunisian woman, Amina Tyler, sent an email to FEMEN with attached photo of herself with bare breasts. On her chest, she wrote: "F*ck your morals!".

The picture was posted on fan pages of FEMEN. Then Amina has created a FEMEN Tunisia fan page to support the movement from her country. Today, the information about death threats to Amina from Islamists was spread by mass media, the call for death penalty was made by a Tunisian political figure and leader of the Association centrist awareness and reform, Adel Almi.

He said that "these actions must be stopped to prevent possible disasters" while adding that Amina "must be flogged 100 times knowing that, given the extent of her sin, the girl deserves to be stoned to death".

After getting information about the threats, we tried to get in touch with the Tunisian supporter by a phone, which was switched off.

I denounce the disastrous Islamization of the Arab Spring and the full devaluation of all revolutionary achievements. Bearded monsters will never impede brave acts for freedom made by women.

This war, we did not cause it. But now, we need to replicate.

Yes, this is our war. We cannot compromise. We cannot give up. We must recognize the enemies and deter them at every pass.

We will not stifle our language. We will use the appropriate vocabulary to call things by their rightful name.

I'm not Islamophobic. I'm religiophobic. I wIll fight them until the end, until the end of obscurantism, oppression, violence and blood. F*ck you all, freedomphobes! You can not stop womens fight for freedom.

We already know the taste of freedom and will never forget it.

The modern-day Hunchbacks of Notre Dame, with God's help, have taken it into their heads to initiate criminal proceedings against eight FEMEN activists for carrying out their anti-papal demonstration in the Cathedral of Notre Dame de Paris. Deploying all their imagination granted by God, they have concocted charges as empty and senseless as the religion itself.
FEMEN sounded the knell for the departure of homohobe Pope with bells of Notre Dame.
Femen welcomed the progressive thinking that led to the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI, leader of the Catholic mafia. This symbolic date coincided with the adoption of the law on marriage for all, that the Pope is violently opposed in terms unacceptable. The Church continues to deny the presence of women maintaining a highly misogynistic policy and preaches a backward thinking in general indifference. Despite appearances, the weight of the Church and its traditions is still being heavily felt.

The heirs to Torquemada's 'exploits' are leveling three charges against FEMEN which may be roughly stated as follows: Firstly, that the sextremists committed horrific acts of violence against the Cathedral's security personnel. "This outrageous escapade was unprecedented in its cruelty" - declared, regarding our protest, Notre-Dame's spiritual director Monsignor Patrick Jacquin. A dislocated shoulder suffered by one of the guards is cited. For acts of "unprecedented cruelty" I must request that the good pastor consult the history of Catholicism and the papacy, to which his words will apply better apply than they do to peaceful protests. This filthy guard harms his shoulder by violently grabbing activists. Paralyzed from the top, he promptly continues to attack them with his feet, which is clearly evident in AFP's video report. I do not deny the fact that the guards were not prepared to seriously confront FEMEN's well-trained activists, who managed to embarrass these church mice. The guards panicked and switched off the lights in Notre-Dame - a highly symbolic act, since clerics feel more comfortable in medieval darkness than they do in the temporal world's beautiful light.

The second charge is damaging the gilding of one of the Cathedral's bells. Our sticks were wrapped by felt to prevent damage. A piece of gold would be useful by the way... in order to fashion a dental crown for our activist Marguerite, who lost a front tooth thanks to the beatings administered by the cardinal's guards. FEMEN suggests compensating the gold missing from the bells by melting down the Pope's famous fisherman's ring, which, according to Vatican tradition, must be destroyed after resigning. And how are we to be sure that the gold was there during our protest, but that it did not then disappear as a result of one of the miracles the Lord so generously dispenses?

Thirdly, the public exposure of sexual organs and the resulting insult to the feeling of religious believers and the sacredness of the premises. Monsignor Jacquin, his body tormented by forced celibacy, is simply not capable of distinguishing a woman's breasts from her sex organs. This amounts to unprecedented incompetence on the part of an employee working for an organization that regularly finds itself enmeshed in various types of sexual and paedophilic scandals.

Monsignor, we could not have expected such a preposterous reaction to naked women on your part and did not intend to provoke it with our protest in Notre Dame. A naked woman is by no means some new sort of monstrosity born of your idle mind, something worthy only of the old lady Esmeralda, who, if we are to believe Victor Hugo, once shook up your almshouse.

We simply detest all of your religions. The papacy is one of the most discredited institutions in human history. An history made by filth, blood, and tears. This secret is thousands and thousands of years old. This dogma, the subjugation of women, has been spelled out in all texts that are considered to be sacred to humanity - the Bible, the Torah, the Koran. It is refected in the art and folklore of all peoples and nations. It is even evident in legal systems and legislations. The doctrine of the subjugation of women is shared to some degrees by all countries from the East to the West. Let's remember nasty incidents involved the Swedish furniture chain IKEA trying to please the rich Saudi Wanhabi by photoshopping out women and girls from the Middle East version of its catalogue. This misogynistic and monstrous alliance was formed between a country with one of the highest levels of emancipation and a country where women are still denied the right to vote. This catalogue has became a marketing manifesto for modern patriachy - a system which, whether manipulating women's bodies for full concealment, or for pornography, works solely on the ideological and economic interests of men.

This is the public crime against women's liberation. And it has explanation.

The key to enslavement of women by men - control over her body. These methods of control range from the glamour of the 'beauty industry' to barbaric acts such as genital mutilations and acid deification.

We live in a world of men's economic, cultural and ideological occupation. In this world woman is a slave, she is deprived of the property rights at all, but the main thing - it is deprived of ownership of her own body.

Away from the woman, her body was the target of ugly patriarchal exploitation. Total control over the woman's body is the main tool of her oppression, female sex-step is the key to her freedom. Female nudity which is free from the patriarchal system becomes the symbol of women's liberation. Nudity as a weapon is one of new ways for feminism to transform. We are naked because we are feminists.

Female body is denied, used, sold, abused, considered obscene, dirty, guilty. The body of the woman is always too much. Or not enough. And this idea has infected up to women themselves. The biggest concern of modern feminism is how to take back the female body from the cultural and financial machine of the patriachal system, and return it to its rightful owners - using this body, instead, to protect the interests of women across the world.

Femen is trying to bring to the world a new interpretation of modern feminism, where the naked body becomes an active instrument in confronting institutions of patriachy - such as the church, dictatorship and the sex industry. We have a developed a tactic that we call sextremism. Sextremism is new type of women's activism that is aggressive but still not violent, that is provocative but with clear message. Sextremism not only allows us to raise awareness about some of the more important issues that are facing women today, but also to check each country for level of its liberation. Sextremism is insurgent against patriarchy using women's sexuality for political protests. We use the sexist weapons of patriarchy against itself. Playing with stereotypical codes is a way of breaking the male domination notions about the nature of female sexuality in favor of its great revolutionary mission. Sextremists are a demonstration of intellectual, psychological and physical superiority of women. Superiority to reach equality because women as so poorly treated that they need to get way more to reach finally sex equality.

We have conducted topless protests in countries across the globe, in a democratic country they shake our hands, in a totalitarian state our activists can be beaten, kidnapped or imprisoned. Femen is a performing a real test for democracy all over the world.
