Jaime Gill

Music writer and blogger at www.poplifer.com

Jaime Gill has been lost in music since hearing Kate Bush’s “Wow” at around age 2. His love for both pop and Kate Bush have been unwavering – if not unerring – ever since. He has written about music, travel and pop culture for the BBC, Guardian and others since he was 18.

In his day job, Jaime works in communications for national disability charity United Response. In his spare time he is a contributor to Pop Lifer a blog celebrating the peaks of pop culture, past and present. Pop Lifer’s scattershot enthusiasm has recently seen it blog on Blur, Armando Iannuci, Frank Ocean, the Olympics, Doctor Who, Pet Shop Boys, Rebecca Front and T Rex. Pop Lifer is a no-profit, no-cynicism zone. In Chris Lowe's words, "what we like, we love passionately." Follow Pop Lifer on Twitter: @poplifer
