In 2015 I was 20 stone and struggling with depression with no foreseeable way out. Then one night in August I laced up a beaten up old pair of trainers and went out for a slow, painful run. It wasn't fast and it certainly wasnt far but that day changed everything for me. Since that day I have lost 5+ stone, found a way of controlling my depression and run 10+ marathons around the world. The Morning Coffee Run, my blog, is the documentation of my story and so much more. From interviews with inspirational runners to advice and tips on running The Morning Coffee Run aims to help others get out the door and start running too.
