The pinnacle of a modest sporting career came at the tender age of twelve, scoring eight goals in a dramatic minor county league game on a blustery Sunday morning. It seems that the brief limelight of a line of recognition in the local rag gave life to a passion in sports journalism that continues to this day. I currently write opinion and sport articles for The Cambridge Student.
