Jon Barnes

Entrepreneur, author, organisational thinker & tinkerer, living in the mountains

Jon splits his time between the French mountains and the South Downs in Sussex, UK. He spends most of his time dreaming up new ways to hack and optimise life for freedom and has designed his life accordingly. In a perfect example of experimenting with new ways of living, Jon has now managed to fit pretty much everything he owns into one backpack. His first book, 'Democracy Squared: A Digital Revolution In Democratising Democracy', is a documentary-style, insightful and hopeful look into the future of democracy in the 21st century, powered by technology. His company is an organisational evolution studio, advising and consulting to liberate organisations for human and commercial benefit. Jon also teaches on HEC Paris's Exec MBA Major in Digital Transformation.

People have done better. It is happening in small pockets in Iceland, Estonia, Argentina, America, Australia, and Taiwan.
