Jordan Bourke Chef, food stylist and author of 'The Guilt Free Gourmet'

Jordan is a chef, author and food stylist. Originally from Dublin, Ireland, he has been based in London for almost 10 years where he lives with his wife Jina.

Having trained at the renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School in Cork, Jordan was immediately picked up by the Michelin star chef Skye Gyngell to work with her and her team at Petersham Nurseries Restaurant in London.

During his time there, Jordan also worked with his sister Jessica (a nutritional therapist), cooking privately for some of her London based clients, specializing in cooking for health, weight loss and nutrition. Jordan is unique in his approach to naturally healthy cookery, as he is first and foremost a classically trained chef. He ensures that flavour is never compromised in order to achieve his signature indulgent yet 'guilt free' dishes.

Jordan's new approach to cooking soon garnered attention and he was commissioned to write his first cookbook 'The Guilt Free Gourmet' which was published worldwide in Sep/Oct 2012. Jordan also works as a food stylist.
