I’m a writer and journalist, specialising in fitness and women’s health. I combine life as a freelance writer with teaching Pilates and pre/post natal fitness, being a mum of two and co-directing fitness business www.fit-school.co.uk with my husband Chris, in Essex.
From recent collaborations with leading women in fitness as ghost writer, to writing for national media, and my successful blog www.alittlefitter.com, I write about health and fitness. I also help fitness professionals and women in business to develop their confidence as a writer through public speaking and training courses.
My fitness motto is: 'Do a little more of what makes you feel good.'
My fitness passion is women's health. From mums-to-be to post natal mums and beyond. Saving women's bits across the UK!
I manage Fit School Pilates and yoga classes in London offices and speak at corporate events.
