Kate is a freelance writer and campaigner specialising in mental health and emotional wellbeing. She writes as CNS Blogger at www.crazynotstupidblog.wordpress.com and also writes for publishing houses, national charities and relevant businesses.

She campaigns to challenge the prejudices and discrimination that people with mental health issues face and also trains organisations in mental health awareness, including working as an instructor for Mental Health First Aid England.

Kate is passionate about dispelling some of the myths that still exist around mental health issues and works to empower people in having conversations about their emotional wellbeing and seeking help when needed.
