Kim Pattullo

Kim Pattullo is head of the employment team at HBJ Gateley, a top 50 UK law firm. Her clients include a range of high-profile organisations across corporate, oil and gas, charities, retail, drinks, leisure, professional and regulatory bodies, as well as individuals.

Kim has advised on TUPE transfer risks in connection with acquisitions, sales, insolvencies and outsourcing/insourcing. Examples of clients advised include PLC drinks manufacturers, insolvency practitioners, private companies considering purchasing insolvent businesses, housing associations and public sector groups.

She has also advised clients on collective and individual redundancy exercises including strategy planning, advising how to communicate with unions, creation of appropriate selection pools and criteria and planning the communications with employees. She also advises clients on workplace disputes, grievances, disciplinary matters and personality clashes.

She undertakes employment tribunal advocacy in both Scotland and England as well as advising clients in the judicial mediation arena.
