Laure is the owner and Chief Fairy of her Patisserie for Events business based in West Sussex. Her work has been featured in The Guardian, Country Living, The Telegraph, Boho Weddings, Ultimate Weddings and Magpie (vintage) weddings. Born in Beaujolais, Laure moved to the London in 1996, working in the hospitality industry. She managed events for clients including Channel 4, Ernst & Young and Purdey&Sons. Laure now designs cakes for weddings, celebrations and corporate occasions for leading venues including the Goodwood Estate and Cowdray House, In true "franglais style", she marries French Patisserie chic and creative designs inspired by the British lifestyle, fashion and countryside. Laure particularly loves designing colourful chocolate artistic pieces. Laure also shares her passion for cakes and creative patisserie through classes, live demonstrations and corporate team building days.
